Ayaz's main role for the Chairman/Founder/MD position is as follows:

• To be the head of the SSCOM GROUP, thus manage the operations for the Leicester/Edinburgh side of the group, eventually working closely with the Operations Manager in recruiting, interviewing volunteers, subsequently, be responsible in appointing suitable individuals to the group.

• Represent the group on Senior Management matters/meetings and so on.

• Responsible for every other Senior Management role, for the moment.

• Responsible for the interviewing/selection of all new team members in Edinburgh.

• Responsible for the recruitment and management of Non-Executive Directors of the group, in Leics & Edinburgh.

• To appoint the Operations Manager, PR Manager, Group Secretary, and the Treasurer

• Work closely with the Operations Manager, PR Manager, Group Secretary, the Treasurer, and ensure other members of the Group are working to the standards set.

• Attend meetings with the rest of the Group, discussing the latest news and further plan of action. This hopes to take place every week to a fortnight.

• To bring fresh ideas to the role for Leicester/Edinburgh

• Travel to Edinburgh and back for PR purposes-currently filming footage from there

• To liaise with the group in relation to all matters, concerning the group.

• Alert the SSCOM GROUP about anything which may be of interest to us, therefore, can be followed up.
