Role for this position is as follows:

Organise trips to Northants, Notts and Edinburgh for the “Name The Tune” spectators and “support” personnel for the events.
Work on “weekend deals” for “Name The Tune”, enticing people from across the UK to take part in the 4 host cities.

Work, exclusively, on the "Spend Xmas 2010 and New Year 2011 in Sydney, Australia, with Simon and SSCOM GROUP!" National charity trip. Identify Travel Agents via the Chamber of Commerce memberships & put the deal to them; negotiating the cheapest flights/hotel accommodation for this project.
Be responsible in liaising with Travel companies, Tourist Information Bureaus, Hotels, Guest Houses, B & Bs, and work on discounted deals for SSCOM GROUP customers.
Book official trips and deal with any enquiries, payments and so on, in association with the Treasurer.
Work in association with the PR Manager and other appropriate Senior Management Team, as well as the Promotions Team Leader and Charity/Business Liaison Manager.
Organise “package” trips around the UK (as and when necessary) for members of the public, organizations, companies, exclusively.
Identify events across the UK and Europe and arrange tour packages, negotiating the best deals.
